As a child, I have always been taught to love the land, to cultivate it and, above all, to enjoy the pleasure that comes from seeing its harvests. My family also was dedicated to these values and transmitted them to me.
We produce Vera and Palomar oil, both local varieties from the Montserratí region, and we produce Arbequina, but of lower quality.
Oil production is a very long process and involves a lot of dedication, be it cold or sunny, nevertheless the most rewarding aspect of farming is the permanent contact with nature we enjoy.
