I have been making oil for 20 years but this hobby comes from my childhood… I was born among olive trees.
My great-grandfather, grandfather and father were already producing oil from the same field I am now exploiting, with the same enthusiasm as my family used to have.
The varieties I elaborate are Vera and Arbequina; both are organic.
